Terms and Condition

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES THAT;

The aforesaid recitals form essential part of this agreement

The first party, upon receipt of the complete requirements of the second party, regarding the financial assistance sought for by him,
hereby enumerate to the second party every product of financial assistance offered by the banks which the first party represents.

The second party has fully understood the details and requirements for availing the financial assistance and has hereby agreed to handover the documents in original/copy to the first party and the first party shall acknowledge and issue a receipt for the same.

At the request of the second party, the first party hereby agrees to procure the documents for and on behalf of the second party. The fee for such procurement is charged separately and the second party hereby remits Rs.(Amount) for the said purpose.

Upon receipt of the application dually signed and documents required from the second party, the first party shall scrutinize the application and documents and submit the same to the bank concerned within a period of 5 days.

The first party charges a processing fee of Rs.(Amount) and the same shall be paid by the second party to the first party as soon as the loan amount or the first instalment thereof is disbursed by the bank.

The second party understands and hereby states that, he shall pay all the fees, levies and charges imposed, levied and charged by the bank, directly to the bank without binding the first party in any manner for such payment.

Failure on the part of the first party resulting in rejection of application by the bank shall entitle the second party the refund of the amount paid as processing fee to the first party.

The second party shall not be entitled to claim any amount as refund if the application is rejected by the bank due to the failure on the part of the second party to become eligible for the financial assistance he sought for

All disputes, differences or claims arising out of this agreement shall try to be resolved through conciliation/mediation failing which shall be referred to Courts of law having jurisdiction at Thiruvananthapuram.
